I was playing golf with my dad one fine Sunday when my golf ball accidentally hit the water tank in the area. I thought the tank will spill its water but to my surprised it didn’t. I asked the caddy what kind of product it was but he was not sure whether it’s a Sydney water tank or perhaps some Melbourne water tanks which I broke but he was sure that it was a good product because of its durability. It looks like he is knowledgeable about water tanks so I asked him if he knows anything about water tank prices. I said I was planning to buy one for our new home. He said he had no idea about the prices but he suggested that I buy either of the two tanks. He said that in their own home, they have a water tank they bought fifteen years ago and they still enjoy the warranty that they offered when they bought the tank. On our way home, I talked to my dad about this and he agreed to have a water tank installed in our home. He said it was a good idea since we are planning to build a pool in our yard. I told my kids about my dads plan about the pool and they were so excited about the good news. –>

My father has been a model for me, mostly because I believe he’s the best there is. So I have thought of writing about him and his interests. My dad works overseas, and doesn’t come home often, but when he does, his usual activities never change, such as watching Filipino movies and us eating at Angeles Fried Chicken. These never fail. Then there’s golf. I always tease my dad since when he’s in his house clothes with his slippers; you’d always find a mark on his ankle, a sock shadow that’s maybe three times lighter than his skin tone. He’d always say as an excuse that it was due to too much playing golf. Well, this is true since when he comes home he’d always play golf with his friends at Mimosa, Clark. He’d stay out for the whole sunny day with his cap, shirt, shorts, socks and shoes. It has been his favorite sport and I’d frequently fin him also watching golf on the tube. And then he’d tell me stories about his games in golf and how many times he’d won. These are the moments I enjoy and consider as bonding time with my loving dad. –>
